Booking Fee: A $50 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This $50 will be credited toward your service total at your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, or you lose that session (packages: it counts against your session count). Packages are priced at a different rate than single appointments; late cancellations and no-shows are charged at the single-appointment price.
Confirmation: After you book, our staff will contact you to confirm your appointment. Your booking is not final until we confirm the date and time with you. You'll receive email and SMS updates, plus a reminder 24 hours before your confirmed appointment.
